So many people live feeling tired, tense, or overwhelmed. Whether through chronic pain, fatigue, or the daily stress of modern life, your nervous systems often stay stuck in survival mode.
This workshop offers a soft doorway in. Together we will explore simple ways to listen to your body, understand your nervous system, and begin to restore a sense of safety and ease.
Peep into the nervous system - how it shapes stress, rest, and recovery.
Sense what “befriending your body” means - and why this matters for resilience.
Try out a short, accessible practice - simple movements, breath, or awareness you can do in daily life.
Take away one or two gentle tools - small steps that can make a real difference.

No prior experience needed. All practices are optional and can be done seated, lying down, or in whatever way feels safe for you.
